Concrete slab water jet cutting processing
With our extensive experience and track record in water jet cutting, we accept requests for prototyping and verification cutting of difficult-to-process materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.
The commercially available cement concrete slabs measuring 60mm × 300mm × 300mm were cut to a size of 200mm × 200mm with rounded corners, taking into consideration the strength after cutting. In the test cuts, most of the aggregate used was crushed stone, and since the size and density of the aggregate were not consistent, the cutting conditions varied significantly. Therefore, processing was done at a cutting speed that ensured safety beyond the expected range.
